Mountain Ranges Conveyancing joins the New Vogue Group
From November 2024, New Vogue Conveyancing acquired the practice of Mountain Ranges Conveyancing, located in Whittlesea, Victoria. Mountain Ranges Conveyancing staff have remained with us, and both offices will continue to run under the New Vogue banner.
For existing MRC Clients and Network partners it is a new name and a few new faces to the team, but it's business as usual at both locations.

Our principal, Angela has over 20 years experience dealing with all manner of conveyancing and property matters, ranging from everyday sales and purchases, to more complex transactions.
Our conveyancers are also all qualified, and the entire NVC team is 100% based locally here in Victoria, Australia - either at our Croydon or Whittlesea Offices. Whether it be residential, commercial, or other property transfers or title lodgements, our team are fully equipped to handle all your property needs.
Electronic conveyancing is now mandated in Victoria, and so our processes have also become virtually all digital. This has the benefit of reducing our environmental impact, and by utilising advancements in modern technology to it's fullest we can now conveniently service all areas of Victoria.

A fully qualified and Licensed Conveyancer, Angela has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years.
During this time Angela has worked alongside numerous lawyers, agents, property advocates and other experts in multiple fields of property law including Residential & Commercial Property, Town Planning, Deceased Estates and Trusts (including Self-Managed Superfunds; "SMSF").
The business name "New Vogue" is taken from the unique style of ballroom dance, in which Angela is a former Australian & New Zealand Champion. Angela also co-owns a successful dance studio in the Eastern Suburbs and is a passionate ballroom dancer, coach and retired professional competitor.
Angela is available at either Croydon or Whittlesea by appointment.
Laura Houlihan - Licensed Conveyancer

A fully qualified and Licensed Conveyancer, Laura joined the New Vogue team in November 2024 after having been with Mountain Ranges Conveyancing for the better part of a decade. She is also now the Branch Manager for the team's Whittlesea Office.
Laura is process driven with strong attention to detail and she enjoys helping her clients to understand the many nuances of all various property transactions, especially first home buyers.
Laura is available by appointment at the Whittlesea Office.
Negena Lamha - Conveyancer

Negena has recently joined the firm in 2026 and after already completing her qualification, she is now working toward practicing as a fully Licensed Conveyancer. She enjoys assisting first home buyers and other clients with their residential property sales and purchases.
Negena is fluent in English and Dari, and can also understand basic Arabic. She is available by appointment at the Croydon Office.
Maree Royston - Reception / Administration
Maree is generally the first point of contact for all clients, especially when calling into the office.
She is a true all-rounder, she wears many hats: receptionist, administration, accounts, and general conveyancing assistant.
Starting her conveyancing journey in 2024 with Mountain Ranges Conveyancing, she has already completed a short course in conveyancing in 2025 to allow her to better understand the both the law & processes to assist our conveyancers across both offices.
